Mobile Application for Sports Training

The aim of the thesis is to create a mobile application that allows planning of training plans, sharing them in the team and subsequent evaluation of sports activities that will be entered or measured in the application. The application is implemented for the Android operating system. The thesis describes the programming theory for mobile operating systems. The practical part describes the design, implementation and testing. For implementation, NativeScript was used, linking XML and JavaScript or TypeScript. The resulting app allows the user to create training schedules and record sports activities.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to develop a mobile application for Android that allows you to build a training plan and record completed exercises. This thesis is aimed at beginners or advanced exercisers from Czech Republic. The result is a mobile app that motivates exercisers to exercise regularly and record their activities. Among other things, app allows the user to view more than 100 exercises accompanied by images and procedure description.

Title: Fitness training for ice hockey referees Objectives: The aim of this work is the application and verification of an intervention for the preparatory period of ice hockey referees. Methods: The thesis utilizes scientific quantitative experimental methods. Other scientific methods employed in this work include observation, measurement, comparison, analogy, and synthesis. Results: Based on data obtained from a research of scientific literature, personal experiences, consultations with experts and referees, a training plan for the preparatory period of top- level ice hockey referees in the Czech Republic was created. Additionally, this plan was tested in practice with selected referees. A test battery was also developed, to compare results and determine the benefits and functionality of the proposed training plan. Verification of practical possibilities of strengthening the immune system in men

This thesis focuses on the immune systém, its function and the factors that influence it. The theoretical part defines the concept of the immune systém and its functioning. Firstly, it presents the biological perspective, including a description of its basic cells, primary organs and division. The thesis then addresses important factors that have a significant impact on its function. These factors are divided into positively influencing and negatively influencing factors with each chapter discussing their effects onhuman health in case of excess or deficiency. The practical part aims to apply the knowledge in practice, specifically through immune training designesd by Dr. Hermann Geesing. The immune training is conducted with eight men over a period of five months. The participants subjectively evaluate the results of their training based on predetermined questions. The output is presented through tables and graphs along with an interview. The evaluation includes the participantts mental and physical state at the beginning and end of the immune training, along with a description of activities that were either easy or difficult for the participants to accomplish.
Comparison of the Czech and Norwegian models of training preparation of national men's rowing teams

Title: Comparison of the Czech and Norwegian models of training preparation of national men's rowing teams Aims: To create an inspiring source of information for coaches and competitors based on the differences between the Norwegian and Czech models of sports training in rowing. This study should give coaches and athletes insight into the current sports training of the world's best rowers and provide a model for creating training plans. Methods: The present study is a comparative review aimed at mapping and comparing some of the performance factors in rowing. The research data is a record of training models of the Norwegian and Czech national men's rowing teams. In order to explore the given question, it was necessary to study a large number of different sources and professional publications that could be traced and studied in available databases and libraries, as well as records of racing teams and coaches working in the field of professional sport. The Norwegian and Czech training models are compared based on chosen parameters. The parameters of comparison are the number of training intensity zones used by each team and the difference in the percentage of training intensity zones per annual training cycle. Pre-season training analysis of cross-country and maraton mountain bike racers

Cílem této bakalářské práce byla kompletní analýza všech tréninkových procesů během předsezónní přípravy v celém přípravném období cyklistů a následně analýza závodních výsledků v cyklistické sezóně 2019/2020 u závodníků v kategorii junioři, juniorky a muži do 23 let. Hlavním cílem bylo zjištění, který trénink je nejefektivnější pro danou disciplínu cross country a maraton v těchto závodních kategoriích. Zkoumaný soubor tvořilo 6 lidí z Bike klubu Vimperk (závodního týmu Rouvy Specialized Racing). Součástí práce je také historické i novodobé pojetí těchto disciplín, ale i horského kola samotného a také studium odborné literatury a dalších odborných materiálů. Dále následovala syntéza, kdy po vyhodnocení zpracovaného materiálu a dat je výsledkem prohloubení poznatků o tréninku na horských kolech v těchto obou disciplínách a zároveň vytvoření a doporučení ideálního tréninku pro závodníky těchto věkových kategorií.

Title: Methodology of 3x3 basketball training for U15 category Objective: The bachelor's thesis deals with the methodology of 3x3 basketball training for the category of children under 15 years of age. The main goal of this work is to create a comprehensive methodological manual for 3x3 basketball coaches and physical education teachers, with a theoretical basis and a demonstration of the annual training cycle, including its subfolders and thus help all coaches and teachers to study in the theoretical field of 3x3 basketball. Tasks: 3x3 basketball as a relatively new, but very dynamically developing sport requires specific expertise from coaches if we want training to be effective. If a coach is to be successful, he must acquire a theoretical foundation on which to build. The theoretical part analyses the available information on 3x3 basketball as such and the specifics of its training in comparison with 5v5 basketball. Furthermore, the work focuses on the characteristics of the selected age group and their consideration in the methodology of sports training. Title: Case study of the training process of couples performing Latin American dances. Objectives: The main objective of this paper is the creation of case studies aimed at developing the sports career of Latin American dance couples. Another objective is to create a training plan for the next dance season based on the information gathered. Methods: The paper used content analysis and critical analysis of expert literature. The research was carried out through case studies, interviews and testing. The research sample consisted of adult Latin American dance couples. The results are presented via text, illustrative graphs and tables. Results: It was found that nowadays the performance of dance couples is most affected by their mental state at individual competitions. Depending on the current level of dancers it is necessary to focus primarily on building up psychological resilience for the next dance season. Another focus point of the preparation will be on practicing expressing the character and experience of the individual dances. It's include specific preschool age, education concept, training and movement preschool children, methodics of skating and skate's preparations of lessons. The aim of this work was mapping of teaching basic skate's elements which it's organized different institutions, whether the children achieved comparable results, if they have same items and same level from beginner, whether proposed model of instruction used in other skating sports and if they reach a certain level of skating. On the basic of finding, coach's experience and literature it's suggested optimal model 's education of skating for preschool children, which it's verification and comparing in practise. Work is based on a questionnaire survey among coaches and experiment in this age group. The results of my work responded positively to the requirements. Verification of functionality of the training plan in powerlifting to improve benchpress

In my thesis I'll focus on one of three disciplines in powerlifting. Specifically bench press. Aim of this thesis is confirmation of Smolov jr. training plan. Which is different from other training plans thanks to it's short term. Lasting only three weeks. Despite that I was able to find multiple articles, in which the author describes his own experience, introduces reader with the training plan and reports progress up to 10 Kg in the discipline. The research will be conducted by direct testing of the plan on a group of probands, including me. The resoult of which will be comparing of input and output values - like bodyweight, chest and arms circumference and of course maximal bench press performance per one repetition.
